finding your channel SERVED ME WELL in my English studies when it comes to English well... I don't know where you're from, but in case you are from an spanish speaking country, it would be like "cortar el mal de raíz'; or if you speak portuguese, the equivalent for this expression is "cortar o mal pela raíz". :)
