You got me into calisthenics roughly a year ago when you released that video about calisthenics for beginners that got 3mil views. I started eating the shredded breakfast you made and my health was heading in the right direction, I could do pistol squats and more proper push-ups then I ever could before. Then I got back into drinking and haven’t done exercise in 10 months. It’s funny to see that you stopped posting at the same time and now that I’ve been clean for 8 days and am getting back into calisthenics you’re posting again! Great to see you back, keep up the good work. The advice is very helpful

Most councils don’t care and don’t want people fit.The smallest East European villages have state of the Art new callisthenics equipment and instruction info.Ive seen them in the middle of nowhere

Ii've seen around 1000 muscle up tutorial videos, I have never heard anyone mention to push yourself away from the bar to descend with the same motion and have momentum for the next muscle up. Can't wait to try this tomorrow!

Have to give you 1000% thanks. This video was the one that helped me crack the MU after training for it for over a year (dam near ripping off my right shoulder lol). The simple idea of pulling RIGHT BEFORE the swing back nearly threw me OVER the bar after a year of being chest checked by the bar. Once again thank you so much!!

Best tutorial on youtube on muscle-up. 1. Start from behind the line; 2. Full body swing instead of kicking; 3. Start pulling up when your foot reach the furthest. 4. Throw your head/chest over the bar then dip; 5. Hold a little higher to unfold your wrist instead of rotate it; 6. To repeat, push against the bar to create swing motion.

I’m so CLOSE to getting my chest over the bar gotta work on that explosion with the technique. I can do plenty of pull ups but muscle ups are my goal

Nothing wrong wth using some weights ( Kettlebell,Gym weights) But from my POV - for lean,strong healthy Muscle, Boxing training,Muai Tai ( and of course Wrestlers are Warriors)!But Calenthetics,stretching,Yoga u won't go wrong..

Love all your videos coz. they have great advice and from an expert. I have noticed that your pal is pretty lean which makes muscle ups a piece of 🥧 Does being a particular bodyfat % play a significant role ? or does it just boil down to techniques and practice.
