He might just not like collars, harnesses are more comfortable for them, some just prefer it ☺️

There are mites and fleas outside which may get into his fur and bite him. Ants might do the same. He needs regular baths with an anti flea or anti fungal shampoo. Herbal is better for dogs. Even if he doesn't like it, he needs to be bathed and powdered with some anti fungal / parasite powder. It keeps the parasites at bay.

Maybe try with a comfortable collar where you can attach the dog leash for walks outside. And if the baby doggy gets out of the yard one day, nobody will know that he has a doggy dad. Did you really live in the Netherlands and can you speak the Dutch language ? Keep up the great job, i love your videos !! ❤

Brus is possible than he don't like to go because is to hot for him. There is so high temperature and ground is so hot as well he can feel burning on his feet. Looks like he like sleeping in the hot time (the same like many Arab people 🙂) and for him more easy and funny is walking at night. Try to go on walk at night. For baby dog is more easy and comfortable to wear harness not dog leash on him. Harness you buy connect to his size and his weigh it can be few sizes. Keep for him fresh water outside some dogs in hot weather they like to play in the large bowl of water for swimming and splashing.

Yes, body harness is good, or just put collar on so people know he has home, and he will get used to the feeling. Not necessary, but good incase need go to vet

Itchiness - if he doesn't have fleas. I would check for any red spots on his stomach. Could be allergic to grass. He is also a mostly white fur dog so his skin can be more sensitive to the sun and that can cause itchiness too. It could also be due to the heat. As long as he isn't bleeding or stabbing in his itchy areas, I think he should be okay. If you're worried, take him to a vet office. For leash training. Get him a collar and leave it on him for a few minutes. Play with him while he has it on and then take it off. Distract him pretty much. Once he is used to the collar. Put the leash on it but again distract him with play or even have a really good treat he usually doesn't get. Have him follow you for the treat. He'll get used to the collar right after. The rest is up to you brother. You are doing great keeping him happy. Everyone treats their dogs different. I don't have a collar on my dog and don't walk with a leash but I trained her to follow me and she doesn't run out of open doors or run off. Definitely not something everyone can do.
