A lot of our DNA is Nigerian. Remember how we call fair skin people redibo . It is a distortion of Ibo. The Ibo people. We are so alike in many ways. I myself is 22% Nigerian. No wonder I am always drawn to them, love the food, their style and love for dressing up and looking good. If I remember correctly one group of the Maroons are descendants of the Yoruba ethnic group.🇯🇲

1) Tomato sardines: fry it wt a little bit oil, cut chili peppers or other peppers, salt, black or white pepper powder, a tiny tiny tiny bit of vinegar to breakdown the fish/raw smell. Eat it wt bread or rice. 2) Sardines in oil, the one you eat in the vid: cut some onion in really small pieces, chilli peppers or other peppers, mix or mashup the sardines a bit wt all of it, add some black or white pepper powder, a little bit vinegar. Good to go on bread. Where I'm from this is how we eat sardines.
