I never looked that deep into the collar tie slide by, I’m woke to that concept.

I think the one thing I've seen Sidakov do on the attacking side is step his foot to the inside to block the foot and hip for a partial trip/toss.

I like it. It looks like a perfect path to a darce choke

Good stuff. Definitely need some collartie offense when wrestling.

Would you only do this if the opponent is driving into you, or could it work even if they're trying to pull back?
@dickdick1302 жыл бұрын
if they step back, you still have the collar tie, and if tou’re cranking it down, there’s basically no way for them to move back without them ceding forward weight, meaning theyll be off balance enough for you to hit the slideby.

Hey coach, I think these boys are more worried about their hair.

I didn't know that there was a difference between a throw-by and a slide-by. Can somebody explain the difference to me and when each of them is usually preferred?
@deecampbell.rva-24 жыл бұрын
Slideby: the left hand slides into the gap at the opponent's elbow. Throwby: it stays outside (as underhook). ??
@johnburford87594 жыл бұрын
Slide by = slide the arm by you slide his arm, really you take your arm and slide the pressure by. He is the pressure. Throw by = you throw the pressure by. You have the under hook in head on the same side he doesn’t like that once pressure is applied throw the pressure by. There is a difference, foot work a lot of its the same: slide by throw by arm drag. Your outside step then inside step. The only huge difference is position, and his reaction. I’m not the one to tell you when it’s preferred because we all prefer something different based on the pressure applied. The concept is the same once you feel the energy back, slide it by. The only thing that changes is again your position. If he is running away from you or if he doesn’t have arms, then your slide bys and throw bys will be not the most effective way to use your energy.

Sir Who do u thnk is the best grappler of all time .. And whose the best grappler currently ????
@kallepikku49914 жыл бұрын
I'd say Busaivar Saitiev.

Wrestling... I would name B. Saitiev and S. Beloglazov. Grappling I have many... R. Mendes, M. Garcia, C. Terra, G. Tonon, R. Moura... its really hard to decide. Currently Wrestling cannot be decided for me as there are too many. Grappling I would choose Gary Tonon for overall skill.
