Yes it was! I noticed the change, I'm happy if my feedback played a part in it! What do you do if your opponent grabs your head and then falls back real quick for a sacrifice throw right after you pick up the single leg?

Many moves are possible. I would say you need good balance and to execute properly and if your opponent tries it, lower your level and resist while creating base. Good luck.
