Really excited to see Ayelen „Actually“ Martinez again. Actually the best in the whole business for drinking games. Had to drink a shot every time she said „actually“ in the Ratata match. Got wasted before game 1 even ended. Absolutely amazing!

Why at 1:51:55 did Canty *immediately* say 'okay e6', and then proceed to act like it was handed to him and he doesn't quite know why it was a good move ? Listen to what he says. He talks like he knows it's the right move but doesn't know why.
@sirkiz11812 ай бұрын
You clearly don’t watch or play a lot of chess. It’s the obvious next move to open up the bishop, he’s thinking like okay this has to be the move right and then he’s calculating out loud. This is the most normal thing to ever happen
@russellshanahan12162 ай бұрын
I am a bit confused is there an accusation of some sort attached to this message? After the bishop moves, e6 would be a candidate move to look at especially if Canty was considering ways to active the bishop to form an attack with the Queen on the dark squares as he says in the video. Thankfully the position makes this move very strong as both Canty and Levy discounted any forms of reasonable defence against this move. Quite a few times chess masters already have ideas of how they want to attack and what moves would be blunders for their opponents as they are already calculating lines for themselves. From the structure of your message you seem sceptical about the immediate nature of his response but personally it seems rather consistent. Hopefully this helps somewhat.

Tania was better at calculating lines and even had great intuition, but she was suffering from analysis paralysis a lot and didn't believe in her intuition (very similar to Pia Cramling who calculates so many lines and then says I don't know which to play in the end wasting so much time). Sagar actually helped in that aspect and also has a good understanding of where the game is going. If not for Sagar, Tania would have flagged. So overall it is a good team.
