+Bittersweet I would say Bang got all the credit and attention that is due without any relation to Faker this Spring and MSI. Faker gets a lot of attention both praise and criticism due to his popularity. While Bang to some people's perspective do not get enough attention, he also doesn't get criticized for every single move either. (If you don't know, Faker gets called noob every single tank minion he misses from Korean "fans") There's a trade off to everything. I do love how Bang grew and play more crucial role now. Back then in S5, Bang was assigned more passive role and could not shine.

+Bittersweet yea for sure they are both real good. I love them both so much. Glad that Bang is one of primary carries for the team now too. Kkoma used to say Bang is the 'last treasure' which I agreed so much last year when he was hard carrying in the late game for some games that SKT almost lost. During this spring and msi (partly bc of meta where 30 min brings sorta late game effect due to long death time) adc plays much more role early on and Bang definitely is capable of carrying consistently!

I've said it time and time again and I will continue to say it. Stixxay's positioning is always horrible. He doesn't know what a back line is or staying behind the support means. Go to 2:02, look at where he is and look at where SKT are. Either he fixes it or he's gonna keep causing CLG hard matches.

+MotorCityRS actually this would have worked on most teams and it has been working for clg but bangs game awareness is so good that he arcane shifts into them knowing its only soraka and lucian only a few carriers are this good and it caught clg off guard

+MotorCityRS while you're isolated away from your front line with only a soraka, do you think you would be safer with the soraka or with your poppy? Soraka will die instantly anyway without her team around in that position, and Lucian will die fast as well so both aphro and stixxay were both out of position there and to blame there.

tl;dr SKT knew they couldn't win a 4v5 if CLG could pull off an engage, so they used the slipperiness of Ezreal to bait the Summs and heals. CLG had to engage from the enemy backline, so in tactically retreating, SKT repositioned to eliminate the only advantage that CLG had. The movement of the 4 man group served as a stall for trundle to come from bot lane, leading to an easy fight

Remember this was MSI where most teams had little practice scrimming each other or preparing for a new patch. Even SKT falter last year because they had zero downtime to prepare for MSI and went on to destroy EDG at worlds like they were a wildcard region. The big question is can NA teams do well when other teams have sufficient time to scrim other teams from your region and prepare for their group teams + possible meta shift?

Putting Aphro on Soraka was probably their first mistake (and staying with this pick), second Huhi is so underwhelming and can't even counter faker with faker's counter pick to Ryze, and Darshan played very terrible. That level 1 in game 1 tilted me so hard. I'll admit that stixxay did all he could as a rookie, and did some stand out plays but it wasn't enough. Yeah, sure don't fix what ain't broke, go with the same comp two games in a row, but this comp is destined to fail if it isn't executed properly, and it gives SKT enough time to scale and do whatever they wanted.

+Attack Defense Bang is the best ADC but a lot of people underrate him. However he´s from Korea and has the beset environment to practice his individual skill as an ADC (Korean SoloQ). However there are different ways you can play ADC. On the one hand you can be the most agressive ADC ever but have to risk dying and setting your team behind incredibly. However this can still work in SoloQ for example Vasilii or the old Wildturtle. On the other hand there is this extreme save ADC only sitting in the back and only hitting the front line. This surely works if you´re Sivir because you still do a lot of damage to the backline. However if you don´t get Sivir this won´t let you carry the game if you´re not incredibly fed. Then there is this mix ADC which is the best ADC. Knowing when to go in and when to stay save. Bang has a really good balance between those things. Mechanically he´s average (maybe because playing ADC is mechanically not too hard. Every pro ADC should know the basic mechanics of every ADC there is) but his decisions and knowing when to go agressive and when not to and knowing when he can go agressive without dying makes him the best ADC there is.
