Shall we remember that it took a full raged thanos like 8 swings to break cap's shield so I think it would take thor at least double that but if cap also has the hammer then thor would not get a chance to do that, sure thor could use his lightning but we've seen vibranium partly melt from thor's lightning, Tony's repulsors and vision's laser (considering that lightning is hotter then a sun/star I'd say cap's shield alone could take the heat from thor's lightning) so let's say theoretically cap can't just hold his hammer out the lightning go into it the same way thor did is a few moves, cap still has his shield that could take the lightning. No matter what cap's fighting skills would over whelm thor. Cap having lightning with two throwable weapons that he uses very well together, as a pose to thor have lightning and an axe that wouldn't be able to break cap's shield because cap would keep thor at a distance and of balance the same way he did with thanos. This is true he was never fully fighting back. It does need to be said, that not only is she the Scarlet Witch, but has control over the mind stone. Since the mind stone is what gives Vision his powers and she has control of it, then she basically has control over Vision. Like I said in a previous comment there’s no way for us to test or experiment and these are purely theories. And those theories are based off of, rather sparse evidence we have gotten throughout the Infinity Saga!

I think when it comes to fights like this, with so many players it’s not actually about strength or power, but it’s more about strategy and chance. I know strategy and chances are a bit contradictory to one another, but depending on who fights who at what time and what other characters intervene, it’s the only real deciding factor. Because of certain characters powers and weaknesses, there’s a bit of a rock paper scissors element about it. For example Hawkeye can’t overpower Vision and Vision can’t trump Wanda. But Hawkeye, with the right skill and timing can disable Wanda. If it did come down to a final fight between Wanda, Thor, and Hulk, the winner is no doubt Wanda. She doesn’t have muscle durability on her side, but with a literal flick of her rist she can get the hulk on her side. This means that if she wanted to she could try and take herself out of the fight and let hulk and Thor battle it out. Or just mind control them both and call it a day. There are some other things to take into consideration, like how close Wanda needs to be to mind control them and if there is a time limit to that ability. I would say these elements aren’t exactly a problem after seeing what she can do in WandaVision, but if for some reason they were, she would still come out the victor. If she did need to be in a close vicinity, I would say getting close to Thor would be a bit of a challenge because his lightning, like her powers/chaos magic, is long range. Hulk on the other hand, while he is rampaging towards her, she’s most likely already lifted him from off the ground and is pulling him towards her with her magic. Then while having him restrained with her powers, again a quick flick of her wrist, and she’s now in control of him. With hulk quickly and swiftly taken care of, she now has a second advantage over Thor. We’ve all seen a battle between Hulk and Thor, and know the result of that. With Wanda’s powers, coupled with Hulk’s strength and durability, Thor really has no chance. There are many other variables, but because it’s not possible to actually experiment and test the results, I think the short answer would be, Wanda wins! Also I referred to the Scarlet Witch has Wanda, because it’s shorter and I feel most people know her as Wanda! I hope this was an interesting point of view or leased a little food for thought!

I have to disagree with a small piece of that explanation.... Ironman was knocked out by Thor's baseball style hammer attack against Thanos so if worthy Cap'n was to do his shield ricocheted attack against Ironman then that would definitely do the same results.
