Remember Thor is physically durable enough to withstand the heat of a neutron star for a few moments. A neutron star is around 1 million degrees Kelvin, for comparison, our sun is only 7000 degrees Kelvin. Something else to take into account - if they are given any prep time the avengers win even harder - since Iron Man, Hawkeye and Black Widow would all be able to deploy thermal smoke to counter Homelanders heat vision. Iron Man also has Infrared vision in his armour, to nullify Translucent's invisibility. The Avengers are simply better at tech than the Seven, who wouldn't even bother due to their gross over-confidence.

Another thing to consider is group dynamics and combos. The Seven dont combo well at all because they've never seriously fought together and all of their powers are just worse versions of Homelander's. The Avengers know how to work to distract or combo their enemies. If Homelander doesnt immediately laser them, then Hawkeye and Black Widow will probably act as distractions throwing bullets and arrows into everyone elses eyes until the heavy hitters can take them down

Homelander quips and fires heat rays at Banner, who becomes the Hulk and jumps on Homelander. Ironman takes down Translucent with a single shot then turns his attention to A-Train who he is tracking on his HUD. Maeve leaps at Thor and hits him several times. Thor quips about how he does not like to hit women before sending her flying through a building. Noir and Cap also start fighting. Widow and Hawkeye might have been killed by A-Train or they might be nearby hiding and there for any support and keep innocents away. By this point Homelander is crying and screaming as he has tried everything to get the Hulk to let go as Hulk is busy smashing him into everything he can find. Ironman predicts A-Train's route and heads him off, taking him out in a single shot as well. Starlight will then go after Thor because Thor just took Maeve out. That does not go well for her either. They then help Cap, if he has not yet beaten Black Noir, finish him. When they all recollect, Hulk is dragging Homelander's beaten body with him. Cap quips to Hulk 'You broke your toy.' End. (That is not me being a fanboy as I love The Boys and Gen V. :) )

It's unclear what the fastest Iron Man armor is, but even in the MCU, we've seen him reach speeds of Mach 3 - three times faster than sound, or about 2300 miles per hour. That's spectacular for superhumans, let alone for a guy with no superpowers other than his genius mind. While A-Train at least according to the Series can run about 1000 miles per hour. And yes translucent might be immune to damage from regular weapons but Iron Mans weapons are everything but regular.

A-train can literally run right through people and turn them to mist. Noir is on Caps level, and an assassin that solos whole squads of armed people. They are just too squishy and weak.
