Most of the Japan players would rather stay in the NPB, since it pays more for most of them, and it is their home. Also, their team would have to post them and most teams wouldn’t want to sell off their best player to America.

Roki Sasaki is only 21 years old. Foreign-born players are subject to international bonus pool money restrictions until the age of 25. Also keep in mind he doesn't turn 25 until 2027 and hasn't even played six seasons in NPB. This means there are some challenges in getting him to the MLB, but he would also be an international free agent at that point, allowing him to buy past the posting system.
