Small correction. In the games the youngest any of the player characters are is 11 even back in Gen 1. For some reason the anime made it 10 but in the games it's always 11+ like in Unova it's 14

You can't fail the trial, even if you run out of Pokeballs, your rival gives you another 20 and keeps giving you more every time you run out. And if you run away or kill the Pokemon, they'll instantly respawn until you actually catch them.

@@MalachiLper okay let's say, pokemon games were never really this one way situation. No, instead the events of the story changes depending on your situation. For example pokemon black and white. Normally if you lose to ghetsis, you just black out. That's so stupid. Like wth you just tell that guy "hey I am going back to the pokemon center, but I will be back" and he listens, even though he is smart enough to know that this is his chance of glory. Imagine if this would happen in the real world. Let's say, you're the captain of your team in a baseball game. Your team loses. And you say "oh guys I will be back in a few minutes, then we can have a rematch" will they listen? Okay let's say you put a bet with them. So will they listen and keep playing with you until you win, of course not. There are several people on the internet who have addressed many pokemon mistakes, like ash's pikachu electrifying a dry ground type, or the player being able to store a bicycle in a freaking bag pack. But no one talks about, how blacking out in front of a literal evil team leader is stupid. I know if it wasn't for the black out thing then the story could have been longer than it actually is. But, why couldn't they do something like "muhahaha you have lost, now I shall do what I had dreamt of for years" but then the legendary pokemon feels it's bonding with you, and uses it's powers to heal itself. Then it helps you in defeating the bad guy once and for all, as for team rocket and team skull you just get locked but one of your friends help you out, by sneaking into the building, and you save the day, now, for platinum, well as mikey said in his 'what if I was the sinnoh champion' video, WHY CAN'T THE CHAMPION FIGHT THE BAD GUY HERSELF. But I need suggestions for legends Arkoos and sword and shield
