1:12:30 This is something I was lucky enough to learn through experience. If I go out for tacos on Tuesday night, chances are I’ll look and feel perfectly normal on Wednesday morning. Whats easy to miss is what happens on Wednesday: I drink my usual 3L of water but excrete very little of it. That means it’s Thursday morning before I see my weight spike. If I only looked back to the prior day or the prior meal for a cause I’d just wind up confusing and frustrating myself.

57:00 lol yeah... I get real drunk on wine but tequila - noooo problem ;)

I took 4 shots of tequila before going on stage at my last show. I wouldn't have passed a DUI walk test lol! Hard to keep my balance on stage but nailed it still lol

Berto, can you do another DEXA scan when you get lean enough? I was watching an old video of you getting a DEXA scan many years ago, it would be fun to compare.

Do you think that a guy who was 110kg like me and drop to 82/83kg pre contest is having fat cels holding water and need water manipulation to tide up together with some diuretics?
