Matt shouted out that that wasn't to be aired, but we also know he does the editing (and a lot of audio editing apparently, as discussed in a previous episode). What he's doing though is he's (my guess) telling the equivalent of a script supervisor to note the timecode for the recording so he doesn't have to waste time hunting around for the stuff that has to be edited out. I've always guessed someone takes down notes as to when to edit or not edit stuff. Tarantino's podcast does it too, they'll say things like, "Keep that in." So whoever's editing knows to keep the raunchy humor or spoiler alert in.

Going to India on business, I got Hep A, Hep B, Polio, Typhus, Tetanus all at the same appointment. RIGHT! ....I had to get allergy shots once a week when I was a young lad, as well. I hated it but after a while I became immune to the pain of getting the injections. I was allergic to dust mites, and everything else, as well. By time I was 15, I stopped getting them and learned to live with the allergies. None, even back then were so severe. Though my buddy, he had the worst dust allergies, and had to live in a bedroom with no carpeting, no drapes, and had to have his mattress encased in a vinyl wrapper.
