As someone who has watched you since 2016, i got such secondary hype and pride from watching you mix it and swing with the biggest and the best and the whos who of crossfit, seemed like such a journey from where it began and i was legitimately so proud of you and Jas but i'm loving this normality that i fell in love with the channel for, don't feel the pressure to be anything but you cos that's what made the chan in the first place and if you aren't loving something rn, show us what you are and if that's nothing, show us that, it's you the person.. Craig who is the MVP of this chan, not CrossFit, not the trips, not the highs, not the guest stars, raw and authentic, that's what ignited it all in the first place! sing your truth!

Another great video. 13 1/2 years in the military and there's now absolutely no way I can let my hair grow out, so I definitely have #chillyears here in the PA winters. That's "chilly ears", not "chill years", of course. Even when I go somewhere by myself and sleep in a hotel bed, I still sleep on the same side I sleep at home rather than using the same bed. It just doesn't feel right doing it any other way!

I have been married for 22 years and about 10 years ago I was, without warning moved to the right. After I watched this video I asked my wife..Why did you move me to the right side of the bed? As a child (my daughter does it too) I would would get bored and swap ends I’d sleep. So head at feet end. Sleep there for a while and then switch back. Just mix it up. Daily blogs are great!

On the ‘side of the bed’ chat, my partner and I very much stick to certain sides of the bed but it changes when we go to hotels etc. Basically, I sleep on the side that is closest to the door and/or furthest from the window. Often it is both.

I like this so much more then before. I watch alot more videos now, I like that its not always a trip to US or something, just a regular day. Love it, relaxing to see that we all have regular days and bad days sometimes. Also, funny that you thought a year ago that Jas was the only one talking real talk, feelings and so on.
