Just my two cents - which is probably worth less than that - Whoop uses a method to determine HRV, to give a recovery score. If I heeded the recovery score, I've have only worked out with intensity 2 days out of 90, give or take. I just can't trust Whoop's recovery score, so I sent it back to them.
