Let me know if you like this style - it’s not really any editing and just raw - doing whatever I’m doing and taking you legends with me. ❤️ smash that like button.

Reminds me of the older videos with the garage wods and hill runs. And just in time for me to get back in the gym after a 2.5 year break. Wish me luck ☠️

Its been a minute since I've watched your vids. I gotta get better at keeping up with you two. Dad is looking like he's in his 50s. I'm a bit fan of stretchy material in joggers. Allows me to use them for leg days. Good luck with your knee.

Love seing your Dad in the garage with you. Quick question, you might have answered it in another video, but growing up, did your dad got you into weightlifting or it's the other way around and he decided to follow you once started?

Take some advise from a sixty-seven-year-old man who spent his working life on concrete floors running up and down printing presses. It used to be my feet, and then it became a knee problem. Lifting all those weights may build up your muscles, but your knees and feet will undoubtedly suffer. I've noticed that you don't run or jog, I've found as I've gotten older that walking a bit..especially mowing my yard, tends to alleviate some of the knee pain, but it takes a while for the stiffness to subside, and it comes back when you become idle for too long.

Rich Froning has knee issues - he follows the "Knees Over Toes" program and I think he had stem cell treatment(s)
