What a fantastic talk. Such a society could be achieved by complete teamwork. We can only get there by more people adopting towards this mindset. I advocate so much for teamwork and will 100% be sharing Kevin’s fantastic speech with many.

Fantastic Ted Talk and tribute to the great professor Dr. Deming. When Mattress Mack was on TV helping people, my son was amazed. An older lady told Mack it was her birthday. He said, well you can have the bed you've been sleeping in as a gift! It felt so rewarding to tell my son Mattress Mack is a "Deming man." How could Mack do anything but help people? That's the Deming way!

Dear Kevin, I really hope you can help ROTARY INTERNATIONAL ... so that this great organization will become even better by adopting the DR Deming concepts. Because the Deming Philosophy is good for any Organization including Social Humanitarian Organization such as Rotary, not only for manufacturing management.

Great presentation Kevin. I have already used this footage as a primer for upcoming conversations with business leaders who have been given a new assignment in their company: setting up Innovation as an enabler for sustainability and durability.

Small fact check. According to Jim McIngvale's 1999 speech to British Deming Association, he first attended a Deming seminar in Aug 1990. Thus, it may be construed as inaccurate to say that Mattress Mac studied "under Deming for many many years" given the Dr.'s passing a little over three years later. It may be more fair to say that Mac studied 'Deming's teachings' for many many years.

Either way; Mac learned the teachings well.

Subject : No incentive for team work to students in education system We need admission or college exam to be given in teams so teamwork has value in students mind. otherwise they don't have incentive to work in team. We need to give incentive to students to work in team. because in early age if they don't learn team work and they don't have incentive to do team work , then you will have depressed and selfish future generation. Youth overestimate their talent and underestimate the importance of team work and trust building, and trust did not build in short time. So practice of trust building is needed for a better future of young generation.
