Hi there everyone! Now, this was a total unknown bake to me! Tear and share Monkey Bread - what is that?? Well, it seems to be a scrummy coffee/tea time treat and a quick bit of research tells me that it originates in Hungary and is known as arany galuska which I believe means "golden dumpling". Way back in 1880, Hungarian immigrants took it with them to the US and started to introduce it to US cuisine. "Monkey bread" was born - although still why Monkey Bread, I have no idea!!
This is such an easy peasy bake and results in something so lethally moreish. Hope you have fun making it and ENJOY!
