I am Ethiopian, Teff is the best food. You can eat with anything

I have been making the scones and they are delicious both with a savory topping (cheese & tomato is great) and also with some jam or even just with butter as a side to a meal. The only problem I am experiencing is a lot more constipation! I have increased my water intake but I thought these were meant to help rather than make symptoms worse 😢

Looks amazing, as a really sensitive Coeliac I recently had given up on baking anything with flours as even gluten free flours are causing a reaction for me. If these teff products are produced/ packaged in gluten free environment I’d love to try these out! Really wonderful recipes thanks. One question - does anyone have any ideas on replacement for oats as I can’t tolerate them?

Please explain how using flax and chia in baked goods provides omegas. Even grinding flax and chia in a spice grinder or blender dissipates the volatile omega oil if it's even mildly heated by the grinder. How can omegas survive baking? Likewise beneficial bacteria? I understand heat exposure destroys volatile oils and bacteria.

Another way of getting heathy bread is fermenting so long that the gluten is predigested . We’re talking about a four-day bulk fermentation. Please present a video on “slow-sourdough.”

All seemed great, but not for all ages - especially elders/seniors who have hard time chewing food with hard or crunchy texture. Hope there will be recipes suitable for that age group as well.

You're using Braggs acv. Have you tested it lately? Katy perry purchased the company and supposedly is working alongside bill gates?? Hearing it's at the very least wstered down now. Idk. I'm looking to buy from someone else since I do not like or trust her

Wow!! Thank you for the info. I would think they would know not to be promoted from these people, especially bill gates. Please people stick with clean healthy companies every time this happens it's no longer clean as it was from the original family own, and why in the world would Braggs sale to Katy Perry again it's all about the money not helping us to stay healthy. If it's true, you shouldn't be promoting. I'm so glad I read your comment and letting people know. Thank you so much!!!

@@tomasataylor-zt6futhe watering down of Braggs story is NOT true, in fact batches have been independently tasted, the story has been debunked. I would encourage you to do your own research when reading info on matters that are meaningful to you. Sometimes its true, sometimes not, but at least you know you have the most accurate info vs a repeated internet whisper.

This don't look good , why don't people buy good flour make your own bread , and scones and have them has a treat not everyday , that is what is wrong with people, just eat proper food , one thing would not touch the braggs vinegar they sold out a while ago , everyone is looking for the magical food that is going to perform miracles , just eat raw diary , raw honey eggs and stop messing around with these diets , know wonder your gut is messed up , and vegans you may think what you are doing is wonderful , but we can't save all the animals we are only here for a short time enjoy your life with sun good food and good people

Easily discoverable online - en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teff. Available from health food shops and supermarkets in Oz at least. Have it in your arsenal of alternate grains for pancakes, waffles, sauce thickeners etc.
