Lol, I think you got it wrong. If you want a more grammatically correct translation, it would be this: No one would tell of the me who couldn't say to you, "It's alright if you don't leave." I was sure I tried my best to make it less vague as possible... The two lines which you chose is connected to the previous line. =/
