You and I was the IU song that made me a Uaena (IU's fandom name) 8 years ago. For this video, she mentioned that she discussed this with the director and decided to leave the ending of the song open for interpretation. I've seen some pretty good theories out there so you can look for them if you want to. That aside, IU has been a source of comfort and strength for me for years. I've never thought a singer/person could have this much impact to my life especially since I don't know her personally. She really is something. Not only as an entertainer but as a person in general. It's difficult to describe it because you kinda have to do your own research. Look into her interviews, various shows, fan accounts, accounts from seniors who have worked with her etc. And I'm not saying this just because I'm a fan. There are evidences to suggest this. For example, did you know the majority of the crew she has worked with has been with her since the beginning (managers, dancers, stylists and make up artists, save those who joined her along the way) from the time she debut in 2008 till now? Who would continue to stay with her if she wasn't such a good person? She's not only a great singer and great actor, you'll find she's a loyal friend and has a heart of gold among other things and I'm so happy to have her in my life. =)

I love IU. Her so many of her songs carry weight and I love your interpretations of the songs and MVs. Her songs kill me honestly. If you want to die again from her the song “Love Poem” is a masterpiece and most see it as a song to Sulli who was her best friend who sadly past away this year. IU has even written a song about her in the past called “Peach”. Her passing is actually why this entire comeback of IU’s was delayed. And although it’s a bit sad all things considering, but I think you would like Sulli’s music. She released a mini able and a song/MV called “Goblin” if you ever want to check it out.

i strongly believe that theres a part 3 to this story. in the calendar it says December 31, 2019. in the you&i mv she went to that same date (191231 this is the numbers in time machine)

Thank you so much for the reaction. Your reactions are amazing. IU has always brought some message/story from her music. Sometimes when a tragedy/disaster heppen in Korea, she made a song out of it to console the victims, that is why Korea loves her a lot. It is unfortunate that she is not famous between international Kpop fans since we cant understand completely what her messages are. Hope you guys follow and react more to her future projects 😊

I love your reactions because the two of you are actually conversing ... there are so much more things you couldnt notice that they dropped in the mv to tie in the story . An example is that in both songs the date December 31, 2019 was showed. Also IU teased a song that was never included in the album . So 1 month is all you need to wait

You and I is a song about a girl trapped in a clock tower by her grandfather. The man sleeping is supposed to be the love of her life, she can leave when she becomes and adult and he wakes up. After having a dream about how her life will be when he wakes up she becomes impatient and decided to build a time machine in order to meet him faster. However he wakes up as she leaves which separates the two of them. They meet again later in the future in the candy shop.

Above the time is a sort of continuation of the story. However above the time is a story of longing and missing someone. It appears to take place after they met again and seems to take place in his memories of her. You can see he is reading note books and various scraps and mementoes are laying. The dance break takes place in his memories, and he remembers a time when the two of them were together. When he wakes up from that memory it appears that his memories of her are fading as the mark on his wrist is gone. But you can see he has found a new connection or memory (the rose on his hand) at the end he continues with his memories of her using the journals again to keep being with her. She appears to have passed away sometime between the two stories and this is how he is coping with the loss.

She's one of the most amazing solo artists to come out of Korea. I actually prefer the songs that show her quirky, deadpan sense of humor like BbiBbi and Last Night Story. If you haven't seen her as the lead in the kdrama Hotel del Luna you'll want to watch it soon. If Netflix doesn't have it Viki does.

IU stated that the Love, Poem mini-album is dedicated to different kinds of love. Above The Time is about love from different time/space. Blueming is about a girl finding new love. I hope you will find time to react to IU's pre-release "Love, Poem" that, like "Blueming" , also topped charts immediately in Korea. I'd be honest. This song is rather somber and sad but filled with humanity. I actually think an MV would be an unnecessary distraction to truly take in IU's emotional expression through her vocal. The first mv "You and I" tells a story of a young girl wanted to travel on time to be a matured woman, since she's to young to be with the guy, the reason why they show the date "19-12-31", unfortunately IU got trapped on the other dimension instead of being on the set time and date she wanted. That shows the mv "Above Time" shows Iu on the dimensional world, stuck and waiting, on the lyrics of the song she says "If the guy won't remember her she will be the one to call him" opposite to what she says previously on the song "You and I", it shows that IU can't wait no more, on the other hand the mv "Blueming" is a continuation of the 2 mv's, as we go back to the "Above time" there's a scene which IU and the guy dance but before that there's a scene where the water was moving like there was an earthquake or something. On the mv bleuming it started on an earthquake or somewhat and some says it indicates that their communicating already, the quake signifies the vibrate of a cellphone if she got a mail or something which is also shown on the mv which means the couple are now communicating, the balloon on blueming means the two of them chatting already and when both of them let go the balloon at the end it means they are ready to face any consequences and they are not afraid anymore and the two of them Finally will meet up, these MV's has a deep meaning and I hope that on 12-31-19, Iu will reveal it something that will answer all the viewers question.😍 Edit: i edited some words, it didn't come out good 😂😂😂 sorry

Hey khy and kris if you want to hear an voice of an angel i wanna advice you to whatch floor jansen she is the front singer of nightwish. nightwish is a symphonic metal band and is very loud but the moment floor steps in everything sounds so calm and beautiful that it seems that the music has stopped and that you only hear her voice. I will recommend you that if you gonna see her you look at the live show they did wacken open air 2013 and the song what i can reccomend is ghost love score (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIrNep9-jKd0jNE) the beaty of your channel is that you can sometimes listen to things that you never heard of and you know the saying never Judge a book by it`s cover. If you stil think that you don`t wanna try this than i can advice meaby to try her first solo. She was recently in a dutch show called beste zangers. In that show there were 7 artists with different styles of music and each weak they had to sing a song of that artist. Every week she was blowing the minds of the Original singers it was a real treat. there is also a bonus side of reactin to floor jansen. the group nightwish have a really big and fanatik fanbase and they look quit a lot every day to new reaction video`s of there group so if you like the recomended video than i think you gonna get a lot of vieuwers for your channel.
