Tearful Moment Adopted Family Reunites After Three-Year Wait

The Grover family are no strangers to international adoption, having previously adopted children from Kazakhstan and China. However, this emotional meeting with their sons from the Democratic Republic of the Congo took place close to three years after the adoption was made official in summer 2013. After the country put a suspension in place on exit letters, all the Grovers could do was wait, but it surely made the eventual reunion all the more unforgettable.
