In this clip, Tech N9ne spoke about his rift with Insane Clown Posse which stemmed from an interview on Ebro in the Morning on Hot97. Tech said that ICP felt he didn't show them enough love during the sit-down to which he clearly stated isn't true. Tech told DJ Vlad that he will always have love for ICP because they helped launch his career and offered up a fanbase that gravitated toward the darker themed tracks and visuals.
Later on, Tech N9ne stated that he wanted to quit rapping back in 2008. However, he didn't believe he was financially secure enough to hang it up after dealing with the IRS. But he revealed to DJ Vlad that if things go as planned he probably has 4 more years left in him.

Early 2000s and the whole ICP/Juggalos exposure really build this man up then the rest of the world finally picked up on him . I found out bout him just a random buy because I thougt the cover of Anghellic was crazy and unique as fuck I loved/love different music and artist that stand out ( something hip hop has been missing for a very long time 😔) Anyway Tech is a legend hands down .

Most hardcore icp fans take their lyrics wayyy too seriously. The lyrics in most of there songs are evil and awful. But it's just art. Most juggalos are gross ass people on the inside. That's why awful things happen at their shows. I used to like them cause I understood the satire of it and I thought their songs were funny and creative but some people really live by that shit. its about 60/40 imo. i did a show with tech that was a back to back show 2 days. the first day had all juggalo openers, and the second day had more new type of rap. the juggalo show absolutely was packed and filled and fun as hell packed to firecode. the next show the next day was a typical new era rap show. people walking around not really having fun, having them dumbass looks on their faces. the crowd was less but it was still there. i did alot of shows with strange and psychopathic and i def saw the difference at tech shows of the type of audience. mainly the chicks. he had alot more females at tech shows that werent into juggalo stuff at all. but juggalos are def what made his shows get known. because i remember in highschool in 1999 he was on a yukmouth album i bought and i thought this is pretty fresh. but it never made me go and look for anything he did. then next thing i knew like 5 years later he started being all over juggalo fan sites. its been back and forth

True entrepreneurs start from absolutely nothing and worked their way up from those “cracked tiles” they always talked about to where they are now being extremely strong being absolutely hated by most all the way up their thrown that til day. Are still and will ALWAYS be extremely HUMBLE for. That’s why I’m a Juggalo I respect them for the hustle and their uncanny knows of their music genre better than most and so on.
