Foldable, budget friendly, well functional - it is a gimbal that does the job right, won’t break your pocket, and doesn’t require much of learning. And on top of that is very compact because it folds in half and has a nice carrying bag.
In this review I will speak about the hardware capabilities, the software features, including the smartphone app, and we will complete the review with summary about the strengths and weaknesses. Starting with the unboxing - it is exciting! Because the pack looks nice, closer to a premium feeling, and we seem to get a lot of addons in the package. At the time making the video - the price of the gimbal, which you can order from Gudsen’s official webstore is just 79USD, and puts it right next to the entry level gimbals from Hohem, Feiyu-Tech and Funsnap.
This one is different by the form factor though - foldable and easy to carry. But we can also notice the first drawback - there is no hard carrying case - which in my opinion is a must when it comes to video equipment transportation. Although the folded form is retained even if you push it from the sides, it would be good to have better protection. And since we talk downsides - all plastic body, which apparently doesn’t shine with being among the most shiny and quality manufactured devices. I think that thanks to the bulkiness when it is unfolded - this device is durable, and although you may hear cracks when testing the integrity, I think it can survive serious shocks.
Some technical data: panning up to 270 degrees, rolling - 315, tilting - 200. Powered by 2200mah battery - operation can continue for more than 8 hours!
I’ve made a lot of tests - and recorded various scenes - and - performance was excellent, where applicable. Unfortunately this gimbal limits the possibility to shoot from few centimeters above the ground - something that many competitors are good at and usually looks quite interesting.
There is a powerful smartphone app - I think lately most of the big players on the market have done significant improvements. MOZA’s app is called “Moza genie” - and is in my opinion easy to navigate once you get used to.
There are really a lot of modes, resolution selection, time-lapse features, motion-lapse features - I think it has everything a passionate smartphone videographer will need. And of course - the object tracking capability - which works not only for face tracking, but also for following objects.

Great review. I have the moza mini s in combination with my Huawei p20 and works like a charm but it keeps vibrating when i put my Eken h9r with actioncam adapter on the gimbal. I have a counterweight on it but now and then it vibrating and go automatically into sleeping mode. Overal for phone a great gimbal.

The Moza Mini S packs more features and is foldable. The C11 is more basic, but also - can offer better shooting angles. I think both will do fine.
