Hi, you're welcome! Unfortunately I don't think there's a way you can pause while recording in the app. You can only stop recording and start again. You'll also have to stop recording to switch modes. Maybe they will add these abilities in a future software updates.

thanks a lot for the video i got some question for you i want to knwo charging time of the moza mini s because u have one for the first use it takes juste 1.5 hours to get full charge and it drain fast 3 hours of using time not as the manifacture discription 8 hours thanks a lot bro

It seems to take me about an hour to charge. I haven't gotten 8 hours of use either. In using it on and off throughout the day I probably get a combined total of 3-4 hours of use.

Is there a setting in the app to change the memory setting from internal memory to SD card memory, so that it will save the videos to the SD card?

Nope. With mine I move the files with es file explorer when shooting with Moza Genie. If I need save to sd during the shot, I've been using a different app, Open Camera.

In my files on my Google pixel 2 under camera it titles any videos I shot inside the Moza app with a title starting with "Moza". You could go into your files (search files on Android) and search for Moza and it should bring them up. From there if you can click on one and choose the 3 dots to download or share the file to where you want.

Hmm, I haven't had that problem. I make sure the gimbal is balanced before adding my phone to it. If your gimbal is tipping over to one side I would suggest trying to position one of the tripod feet at that spot to give it extra support to keep it from tipping.

I received my Moza mini S ten days ago and it's the second weekend, so that's mean I can't call customer support, that the Moza genie app is FAULTY 😡. I press the recording button and start recording but the time code is not moving and when I try to stop recording is not Stopping. I tried different things like changing camera front rear to front or settings and the apps tells me that that's not possible cause I am recording but in fact I am (it's) not recording. I have to close the app and start again. But it still useless it will not record and it will not stop the fake recording. I will take a decision of what to do after talking to customer support on Monday. I really like the simplicity and the fact that has an extension to stretch which is very good when using the front camera and I could still use the camera settings of my Samsung to do some time laps and pro settings but I miss other settings that this app meant to offer and the control of the phone from the gimbal itself...

Hi Harrison, unfortunately I'm not entirely sure. Some troubleshooting ideas. Make sure the moza mini s is fully charged before use, maybe uninstall the app, restart your phone and reinstall app to try again and make sure your phone is fully charged.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I know it operates using my phone's Bluetooth so making sure it's connected to your phone's Bluetooth is key.

Once Moza Genie is paired to your gimbal, open the settings menu where you choose the shooting mode. Then scroll up until you find Bluetooth microphone

Not sure about a loud vibrating sound, the gimbal is actually very quiet when using it.
