That Annoying Galaxy Note 8 Stopped Charging | Lets Fix It!

Hi from 2024! I'm so glad I found this video! You were absolutely correct--- my phone was throwing errors because I had been lazy after taking it apart and hadn't really put it all back together, not realizing that the wireless charging parts not being installed would affect the regular charging function. I put everything back inside the phone and put all the screws back in, plugged it in and VOILA! INSTANTLY STARTED CHARGING NORMALLY! I I had basically given up and just accepted it was not going to work when I decided to check the Internet for possible solutions and here this video was. Thanks so much!!! This phone is really important to me and has irreplaceable info on it! Would have been devastated to lose it. So awesome.

11.24 .. yes.. i reseated my wiless charging pad and its all ok.. but got a new moxom battery anyways... charge at 1.45 amps..

This issues happends with the galaxy note 7 and later beacuse of the galaxy note 7 explode thing

Howzit man. Quick question. Did the wireless charging work before you opened the device up to clean the charging port and started diagnosing the issue? Have a Note 8 Im trying to fix. 2 Cell repair shops just plugged the device into a charger and claimed it was the charging port. Issue I am having is charging is paused due to high temp of the battery. I have gotten the same issue over Wireless charging so Im assuming it is the the Sensor on the NFC Flex cable. Device still has some battery life and I tested whether my PC could read data off it and it does just fine. Would like to know your thoughts. Take care! Edit: Great vid.
