So I did click on your video because while previewing it I saw how much time you took to show your viewers how to do what you have done. This is one of the highest values that a channel can have. This video just instructs what to to, without telling us why it works. It has zero information about the subject of the video. You could say that it is all that it takes, and that could be what you are looking for. But to say there are instructions in this video. Me, I prefer videos that ALSO show of what they know, so I can learn something from that vide. That is what I consider the highest value that a channel can have. Educational. This video is not educational, at all. And this video contain no instructions either. So I don't know why you speek so highly about it. I wold say it is ok, as it present some ideas that I have to search the information of how the components works, how this curcuit works, with zero support from this video. This 3 phase bldc motor controllers using IRFZ44N or IRF3205 transistors are overpowered ones which can easily spin high watt bldc motor smoothly without heating up compared to pre programmed esc . But the only problem is that it cannot run the motor at same direction every time

You can use any Mosfet transistor, for voltages up to 50 V. You can successfully use Z 44. But, calculate the consumption to put enough transistors in parallel to support the current ! At a high current, the transistor heats up . That is why it is recommended to calculate 7 A, for each transistor. The tranzistor also carries 50 A, but the radiator must be ventilated. You want 30 A, put 4-6 transistors.

No. Stepper motor doesn't work with three-phase half-bridge ESC. To activate your motor you need a stepper motor controller. Steppers has two coils, winded across stator and needs two bridge AC powerlines with phase-shift at 90 degree or peak-and-hold serial pulses...
