Thanks for the vid. Skullcandy seems to be mailing it in compared to the competition. You can grab something like a Tozo T6 (IPx8, wireless charging, great battery life) for way under 30 bucks regularly.

You can EQ the Jibs by using the advanced audio settings on android phones. It works with any headphone and speaker and will remember your settings for each device. I figured this out after getting the Jib Trues and being disappointed with how muffled the audio was compared to the old wired jibs. I ended up eqing them to sound similar to the wired ones. Those original wired Jib earbuds have always sounded amazing to me, it blows my mind they didn't make the wireless versions sound anything like them out of the box.

If price is your main concern, the Fuel’s are usually on sale in the US for $30 renewed, which is a good deal. However, I prefer the sound and fit I get with the Mods.

Dimes suck. Their highest volume is not very high. And their connectivity maximum distance is about 30 ft from the device. Which means you pretty much have to carry your device with you if youre moving around for example at work

You can now find Grind, Mod, Dime, Dime xt, and forgot what the over the are ones are called, at Ross. Just picked up a pair of Grind from ross for only $15, cuz my Anker Soundcore (have the ear hook) are like 2+ yrs old now (scored em for only $25 when target still used to have the electronic clearance.). Those are fucking bad ass, outside of being a little bulky. But now their battery life isnt as long. I was gifted the Pro Beats a couple Christmases ago, and they get 4 hrs at best now, before needing a recharge. $250? Fuck that shit, they are NOT worthit. Just rebranded airpod pros prettu much. Skully candy isn't bad. But for around the same price range, souncore by anker are far better. Imo the ones i have sound better and last longer than the pro beats did. Anyway, thanks for the comparison. Cuz i was in the store so confused on whether to get the mod, Grind, or forget what the other that looks same, but it wasn't the Jib. And got the grind mostly cus at least it has dual mics, and the long supposive battery life. What was weird, is the grey, and black Grind were priced at $35 (Ross) and i scored the blue version for only $15. (maybe someone swapped tag? Lol.) My only gripe is my ears are small, so its hard to find ones like these that are comforable. Oh, and i am beating myself up. Cuz on black friday, the JLab Air Go pop, were only $10 (they're back up to $30 now). I only grabbed one pair for my wife as an early gift, cus she keeps going through wired earbuds like crazy. Turns out (I'm not an indian giver). Not only do they sound really good, they also fit very well in my ears. So im upset i didn't just get 3 pair when i had the chance. Wife, myself and our son. Cus with that drop, shit would of been buy one, get 2 free. Im such a dumbass. But they are worth checking out. Case is pocketable, yet they get like 34hrs total (with case). Think 8 hr on buds alone. Have 3 built in equilizer choices, attached charging cable (yeah, you dont have to carry an extra cable with you, its attached to the case itself). Check em out bruh, if you haven't already. JLab Air Pop go. I only got the skull candy cus i couldnt justify paying $30 for something i didn't get when it was on sale for only $10.

@@itsasmallworldafterall7029 I wouldn't know. I got the Grind currently. However, they don't really stay in your ears, are sorta bulky (well longer battery life comes at a price I guess). I don't own any other skull candy earbuds/headphones. Didn't use the ones I gifted my wife. (the jlab go air pop) all that long. But they were very comfortable, and sounded pretty decent. What I liked about those, is the case is pretty small, and has a built in USB cable, battery says it's supposedly 34 hrs, with case. Think each bud can get like 6hrs? And yeah, should of gotten a couple more during black Friday, cuz for $10, for something that's normally $30. Is a good deal. I do have the Beats by Dre pro beats. (the ones with the hooks, and they were gifted to me 2 yrs ago, so I would say they're an older version.) But at the $250 price point, idk man, they're not horrible, but they sure as hell don't justify that price. But what else are we to expect from Apple? The soundcore by Anker that I replaced them with, now those are really good. But again the ear hook type, so they are more on the bulkier side. But in regards to what I think is best, idk. I just know that right now, in some Ross stores, they're carrying a few jlab ear buds (the original go air, which I think only has 1 mic not two, so in regards to using em for phone calls, only one side works for that). I've seen the remake of em, that they added additional mic and they last longer battery wise as well. Jlab go air icon. Neither have active noise cancelling though. Then I think the sport ones that do from jlab (have the ear hooks), As for Skull candy, one Ross by me has Grind (which I got)($35, but I swapped the tag, cuz fuck that lol), Dime ($15), Dime xt ($15), evo sesh ($30), mod ($30), Indy ($45), and for some odd reason, the Jib was $69. When they're the most basic of the bunch. I wanted noise cancelling. But for that, that's when headphones get expensive. And of course most battery life is best. Sound quality is too of course. I like the grind, just they don't stay in my ear sometimes. I have smallish ears, so depends I guess.

Why does this video not have a thumbs up option? Mostly all videos have a thumbs up option with numbers. And a thumbs down with no numbers. This is the opposite. Very interesting. This one has NO thumbs up option... only thumbs down with numbers...... I always buy skullcandy and have for.... at least 10 years now bc they are reliable in the sense of low cost performance on sound. A $30 pair of skullcandy is wayyyy better quality than a pinch $30 off brand walgreens buy. It might not be as good but when I'm in a pinch and don't have time for much research or shopping around, or have too many options leading to anxiety over headphones lol, I know skullcandy will deliver something I'm comfortable with. They are my GO TO brand. Or at least have been since I can remember. Bit this is helpful bc I just lost one of my jib true buds and I needed to know which upgrade was better for me given the price points. Thank you so much for doing these reviews. The Grind suck... like the $10 wired ones are better. I'm returning them asap. The bass is even very dissapointing. The Jibs are even worse. Very dissapointing. The Rail, Rail ANC and the Indy True are the best so far.
