My fav trainer road podcast of the year! I don’t feel so bad about my post injury fall anxiety- I think I can really utilize some of the training suggestions but mostly- you all were so funny today! I Lol’d so much the entire podcast.

4pts vs 4% is a huge difference considering your basis, the actual performance difference is 22% (math equates to 4/18 = .22 or 22%), which is quite large if you are truly concerned about your performance.

I agree with Hanna, arrive at altitude at the last minute and just deal with it.

Thanks for sharing the tips on the root, that is really helpful. And I can confirm with Hannah how good the condition of the course this year is compare to last year as an amateur racer for both event. I also made a video about the UCI MTB Marathon World Champ. it is amateur racing, but it is basically same course as Hannah raced. Hopefully this could give you a better understanding for the entire course. kzbin.info/www/bejne/poq5i6uCZamji8U
