All this is true and I agree with Parikh and Ajay . But in on campus placements we see people getting placed with less or no skill and students with better skills land up with lesser CTC. Though money is something we shouldn’t compare as freshers but somewhere it makes us think and doubt , is it really skills that make us apart or it’s (luck 80% + skill 20%) that works for everyone?
