Open for good CTC companies are Harman Connected Services 18, Fractal 22, Amicus 16, Eli Lily TBD, Boeing (Contract) 14, ABB 16, GKN Aerospace 21, Capco 18, Saksoft 17, Flutura 15, Course5i 20, Marlabs 21, Cignex Datamatics 18.. Current situation of IT market for 4 to 5 year experience.. midsized companies are giving good pay when compared to Big MNC's..

I know it's after a year since u posted this video but hope u could reply 🙏 I have HR say to me during offer negotiation to be absolutely sure if u wanna join and only then we can take ur candidature forward. Like I am sure that I will not receive a better offer than this after countering them with company A's offer. Now i might get a good counter offer from Company B. I am sure the HR will be angry to no end hearing that I am now bringing up another offer when I verbally said no. Can u give some tips on how to navigate through such conversations? I know these are all HR tactics but such conversations really stress me to no end 😢 Please help 🙏
