I’ve had mine a few weeks. As mentioned, battery is excellent, well built, and lightweight. I’ve even done minor video editing with no issue.

Picking mine up today, hoping to fully ditch my workstation desktop for software engineering! We'll see how she does

How did it go?
@thenewdesignАй бұрын
@@matthewjackson2457 Screen is incredible. Performance is really good, but ultimately I missed the always-instant feel of working from a big beefy desktop, so I switched back to that for all of my coding. Laptop is really fantastic though, only changes I'd make is to put the ports all on the back and to add a 2nd USB-A

I had the same experience. I mostly use CAD It’s a great machine and the battery life is amazing. But I always do go back to my desktop for longer CAD sessions. The snappiness and bigger screens win in the end.

@@Einzbrn I actually totally gave it a 2nd longer shot when I had a day off and fell back in love and full on returned my desktop, am rocking this bad boy full time and the performance has gotten a bit better over time. Some graphical driver issues that make text go fuzzy here and there and I'm trying to just reset the OS and turn a blind eye. But as of right now this is my only computer and I'm loving it. The single-thread performance is amazing when you can get it

Excellent laptop for business users. I just wish it was offered by companies at work for non-managers. Fortunately, the X1 Carbon Gen 13 Aura edition will cover that for workers.

I bought a M3 13” MacBook Air because of the sales last week but I am going to exchange it for this Lenovo laptop. I have to work with PowerBi and even though I have a gaming PC, I rather continue my studies at other places away from my desk. It sounds dumb but sometimes changing your location to study or focus helps me

Isn't Microsoft retiring PowerBI desktop and moving towards their web counterpart?

I have one and it is great. Recommended!

Hiii , do you please know if there will be a laptop with these parameters (Lenovo with AI and intel core ultra 7 ) but 14 inch or even smaller ?
@berntlie6799Ай бұрын
It is a tempting laptop. Because I often work in places with low internet speed, I prefer to have my files in OneDrive stored on the SSD and not download them upon need. Because of this, I would prefer a 2TB SSD. * I know it is possible to replace the SSD, but will doing so invalidate the warranty?
@andyH_EnglandАй бұрын
It will only invalidate the warranty if you damage something else during the swap.
@berntlie6799Ай бұрын
@@andyH_England OK -- I assume that means that I would not tear off some seal by correctly taking out the SSD.
@andyH_EnglandАй бұрын
@@berntlie6799 Yes, do it carefully and keep everything as it was. Otherwise, if something goes wrong, they may use your swap as a reason not to cover the warranty. Not much should go wrong, but it better be safe than sorry.
