Technique Breakdown: Takuto Otoguro Ear Snap

Olympic Champion Takuto Otoguro won the Olympics in his home country by defeating Olympic Bronze medalist Haji Aliyev of Azerbaijan in the 65kg finals by using Aliyev's patented ear snap.
I broke down both athlete's technique since there is slight variation yet equally effective.

Coach, great breakdown! I love watching Otoguro’s matches, he has blistering speed and his snapdowns are lethal, but I didn’t realize this is the motion that he was using to create those brutal snaps. (Also, nice editing and music too!)

One quality session no longer than 2 hours a day is fine unless you are unable to train consistently during week, then I'd say no more than two 2 hour sessions in one day
