You allowed me to understand what deep relaxation is, and that meditation is not just "sitting down and listen to music", but it lets us experience real benefits and wellness! The first time I practiced it, at heart level I felt like the pure energy was destroying a black stone in my heart, and finally I could breathe again. I felt so free, got emotional... I'm doing it every day and every time I experience different sensations and fulfilling emotions. Now I understand why meditation can be such a game changer for your happiness and health, since I'm living and loving it!
