Same, what’s ur 100 breast right now, Ik a 108.7 rn but my ciach says if I get the pull in breastroke better I can drop 7-8 seconds

@@dcoughman it’s all good, it took so much work to get to a 108 tho. I used to be a 139 and then I rly worked at perfecting my technique and it took me to 108, I’m sure this video will help u swim a lot faster, I can’t wait to try some of his tips

@@Swimmer-sv6yu yes 1:39, I'm probably 1:35. I'm in that area. It's funny! I showed my 15 yo son this video and he said that he had told me this before. So I replied that Brandon Hansen explains it better!

@@Swimmer-sv6yu Did I read that correctly? You went from 1:39 down to 1:08??? You chopped more than 30 seconds off of your time? I would be happy to shave 2 seconds!
