Yes... Bought a Ruina Versio... One question: Once you have a digitakt you don't need any other main sequencer... Made a try with a Befaco Midi Thing (soldered with my little hands) that will fit perfect in a smal setup (was using a big Hermod in another case) . 4 midi track with gate/pitch and clock... So perfect ! No need of tiny steppy button, just using the digitakt ! I will post a video of this setup soon.

Same for me! It also allows to put stereo signal into it. This is so tight for techno! I love it and I will utilise it for my tracks on drums for sure!

Hey man! Much appreciate you kicking in and your kind words! I love creating this noise indeed! On the Quadrax purple is the LFO indeed. Green tho is not a burst but a cycled envelope, which is also some kind of LFO. Burst is yellow ;)

Hey! Thanks for kicking in! Let me know if you have any questions about the modular, happy to help. One thing I'd recommend to try is the VCV rack. This is a digital variant of Eurorack and it is free. You will be able to grasp some concepts from it and understand modular better.

Not sure why, but I've completely overlooked the Ruina firmware. I think I flashed it and used it on one jam, then when back to Electus.🤷‍♂️ This vid has totally inspired me though, I'm going to install it again. Awesome video, great demo ✌

Electus is infectious! Since it came out it was always in my Versio. Glad I got back to Ruina and other firmwares too. Now I am considering to get a standalone Ruina or Ruina VST and have it at the end of the chain for Analog Rytm. Sounds so tight. Thanks for kicking it, mate!

Great demo. I had desmodus versio in my smaller drum case but now debating on either buying another desmodus versio for my main case ... or just move it from my drum case and replacxe it ruina versio.

@@IhorMedia so far I accumulated cheaper diy modules ; frequency central product (full voice based on Roland 100 Vco and Moog filter) frequency central little melody feedback module chorus 100 and braids. Still missing vca (hexvca befaco) that's next then sample hold. For the modules I really want is steppy mimetic combo for sequencing , versio.

Thanks Bastian! Thanks for tuning in! There is no huge reason to use Steppy over MIDI + DT, honestly. It is kinda a little bit more immediate and handy, I guess? And also it stays within the modular system and does not depend on any other gear. But these are definitely first world kinda problems.
