Actually, bedwars has this mechanic that people under 20 stars only play against each other, which makes those matches significantly easier. Unless ofc someone intentionally plays with an alt/is hacking. I don't know about skywars though, but Techno seemed to play with his perks on which would mean having played a lot on that account. But still, Techno and frankly many other youtubers seem to get somewhat easier opponents than an average player would, idk if it's some time of the day/week there's more worse players

Didn't Techno had -beef- pork with Shotgunraids on whether Bedwars matchmaking was a thing? They might've added it after but sure wasn't a thing when this was recorded. When I first played skywars I was less skilled at the game so I lost like 95% of my encounters with players. I kept playing and I slowly became better. Then one day something just clicked and I began winning significantly more fights and games. This change was very abrupt compared to previously. It's like when I surpassed the threshold of average skywars player skill everything just became easier. My guess is that the people saying they get badlion masterminds are the people below the threshold so fighting 'average' players are difficult while Techno is far above it so fighting 'average' players are easy. Also Techno probably cuts out the rare occurrence where he loses so the video plays better.
