He's a nice bloke, typical Brit project-engineer: If he couldn't buy something he'd make it. Quiet and unassuming, quite happy to chat and pass the time of day. He will go down in history as one of the great experimenters, making things just because he can.

Not to take anything away from Allen's beautiful work, but Australian builder 'Lucky Kaiser' built a 5000cc Merlin V-twin bike in the 1980's. A quick google search will show all.

There’s a bloke in Australia who built a Vtwin bike from a WW2 Mosquito Bomber , by cutting 2 cylinders off a Merlin V12 Rolls Royce engine & supercharging it & making 500Hp from 5 litres . Lucky Keizer is his name . Do a video on that please .

The valve stems are not filled with Sodium, if they were then no cooling would be obtained, they are half filled so that the Sodium hits one end, grabs the heat and transfers it to the other end.

You do realize that 5000cc = 5 liters? As in "Ford 302? As in GM 302/305/307/etc? What manner of 💩pie are we baking, here? Have you any idea how massive the bore & stroke would need to be? Hell, a Chev 302 utilizes a 4in bore with a 3in stroke, & that's a v8.

The term genius is bandied about far too frequently and mainly for people who really don't deserve that title. Allen Millyard is the exception to that rule, he really is a true genius. He produces machines in his garden shed using relatively basic hand tools and produces results even the big manufacturers with their multi-million dollar facilities would struggle to replicate.
