Just bought the silver 250 seems very nice. Really loved the plastic meat tray that the red line came with but cant seem to find one online. Any ideas where I might be able to find one? Thanks

I noticed a used one on Ebay and the paint was pealing all up and all the aluminum was coroded. Have you noticed that at all?

WOW... That is Scary... That paint should have been baked in. Not a good sign... unless the first owner used something to clean it with they should not have.

@@judichristopher4604 That could be.I thought it was just left in a wet basement but cleaning it with something harsh could easily do that to aluminum. I ended up buying one and like it. Not perfect but works good for the little bit I use it.

can you demonstrate blade sharpening with this or the older model?

Plastic bread deflector is attached behind the blade. There is a white plastic plate behind the blade with two 10mm bolts at 1:30 min into video, remove the bottom bolt and install the deflector close to but not touching the blade.

What’s the point of the bread deflector?

Otherwise, the bread slices would just continue to slide into that little crevice behind the device. The deflector keeps the slices in the center after they're cut and ready to slide into your hand.
