I'd say that version 2 should now be being planned as it's a reasonably good formula, but looks like it needs a little cosmetic work such as tidying of the cabling, better quality dash and improved fit and finish to the components etc. Even more power would be nice too, but that's probably pushing it a bit...

Depends on where you live. In Virginia this would be classified as a motorcycle and therefore would require a motorcycle license. Check your state laws on what is considered a motorcycle vs moped

So I am really interested in getting this bike but I have a question to anyone who owns or has ridden this. I am 6foot 4 inches and weigh about 320lbs. Would this be a good bike for someone of my sizes or is there one that is about as power/cost the same? I mostly see people riding this or Sur ron but I like this one a lot better because it looks more street friendly.

Hey! The bike will do just great with your weight is really powerful. But for your height you may have to so some easy modifications to make it a really comfortable ride. You can: Buy the tall standard version With dirt tires raise the handle bar or get a bmx bar Drop and match the pedals at 7 or 8 oclock You can push the seat all the way back or buy and extendedseat cutting the bar will allow you to go all the way if you need more, You can also add taller shocks. But before thinking of all that go to a store and ask them to let you seat on it or hopefully get a test drive. You may not need to do any

It can do 60mph but if you take it on the highway (I wouldn’t), make sure you have plates and insurance. The pedals classify it as an e-bike. You can’t bring a bike on the highway.

It's full of people with RCRs doing modifications and just generally talking about the bike. It's honestly the best place to start if you're considering picking one up.

Officially yes you need a moped license but cops usually don’t bother bikes if they look powerless so depending on your state, you may get away with writing this the whole day and nobody’s gonna care

Yes, but in California you would register it as a moped. You can do it online. All that is required is your bikes serial number and pay a one time registration fee of $22.00 and your bike is registered for life.
