Not sure if it's on note 8 or not, but on previous SPlanner, you can double click or hold down a bit longer on certain date with the spen and quickly scribble down your events.

Btw all apps can work in multi window You just have to go into developer options and the 2nd to last option is " force activities to be resizeable " for multi window 👍😁

Thank you SOOOOOO much. A lot of Note 8 reviews said something like "the only people who should get the Note 8 instead of the S8 are people who really need the stylus." Well, I didn't even know what the stylus was but I bought the Note 8 anyway. That done, I figured I might as well learn something about the pen. I spent over an hour on this tutorial following every step myself (and even made an animated gif and sent it to someone :)). This was just AWESOME. Cannot thank you enough.

I finally came back to the Note after having the original, and man have things changed! I love this thing so far, but having HTC for my last 2 phones spoiled me on the front firing speakers that I wish this had. Especially with the big beautiful screen that just invites you to watch videos and movies. I do give Samsung props for giving me the option to flip the back and window buttons to match all the other Android phones. Great video once again.

Wow! I'm currently using a note 4 and I'm still mind blown by the extras Samsung managed to add to the already versatile S-pen! I'm picking this Note 8 up next week. Thank you for sharing these insightful tips. To imagine some people actually underrating the usefulness of the S-pen. Sad that even so called reputable tech reviewers not praising Samsung for all these innovative work and just calling it "extras". Then many years later Apple delivers the same features on the iPhone 14 and they'll all be like wow!!

You forgot about handwritten notes to fit page lines without getting recognition in Notes app. There's a small icon at the bottom that lets you. It's very handy.

Manuel Rendon I have not been able to find the Easy Chart option. Samsung Just updated S Note so hopefully they will release the extension for it soon.

That was nice. Can you tell me what happened to the air view feature using just your finger? In Note 3/4, you can simply hover your finger over, say an SMS, and you could read the full SMS. If that feature not available on the current version, it's a great loss.

Yeah that was a great feature. It was removed soon after from following phones. It really was like having a S Pen without your phone.

+Celesmeh Are you talking about the end of the S Pen? It is strictly used to get the S Pen in and out of the phone but I would say it is the OG fidget spinner of our day. Other than that it doesn't do anything.
