I had never seen these photos before. It is just so crazy to see someone behaving so normally and yet on the other side of their personality is a nightmare. It just blows my mind that the photos of their little family looked so happy and innocent. SMH.

I've read he didn't love her--like so much else in his life, he calculated the relationship to make him seem, "normal." She didn't look enough like the pretty co-ed's he victimized, so he was able to separate her from the others in his psychopathic fantasies. Lucky for her, but still so sad.

It's not possible to understand without that experience, but that experience alone is also not sufficient, which is precisely what makes it so difficult to try to warn the uninitiated or the already charmed and/or ensnared. She wasn’t very attractive for someone of Bundy’s stature. Shows a lack of confidence he may have had with women.

Liz was cute enough. And she was soft-spoken. Soft-spoken women have virtually vanished from the earth.

You had an idyllic relationship, he loved your daughter and that was reciprocated. You were very attractive also. What happened, when did it start going wrong? Who let go? You or him? When did you consider that he was that Ted? Yet you were still with him. You looked so well-matched as a family also. Did he not love you I would of so I can't understand him not doing so. Thank you for coming on here to talk about him. He was messed up throwing that away for the life he had. Thanks Phil.

I’ve NEVER HEARD this one..... Whatever the reason Ted did not engage in his alternate behavior..... Does anyone think it was BECAUSE she was a single mother?....and possibly acted nothing like a 20 something co-ed ...
