At minute 1:00 Cruz says it is antisemitism to give USD 1 million to an agency to investigate human rights violation in Israel because it is a democracy. He said it was antisemitism to do this for only Israel and not other democracies. The definition says it is antisemitic to do something only on Israel but not in other countries.
