Ted Cruz: US companies shouldn't be censors for Chinese communists

During an exclusive interview with Maria Bartiromo, Sen. Ted Cruz, (R-TX), argues U.S. companies need to separate themselves from Chinese censorship. He also discussed his trip to Hong Kong.

A citizen should be proud of their citizenship and their country... and should only move to another country if done in a completely LEGAL capacity. @Mario A Crespo Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. As an I.T. Manager...with years of experience in the field of technology - I wouldn't go back to using Apple products if they were given to me. As an avid Linux user...I mostly feel the same way about Microsoft Windows. Both of those companies prey on people who falsely believe that their products are somehow superior - quite often for no other reason than because others buy them. IMHO, using either would be a major step down for me. But...like I said...to each their own.

i'm old enough to remember when there were no chinese products in american stores. then, when we started doing business with china, for years i checked labels to be sure i bought only american. then it got extremely difficult, and finally impossible, to buy american. now, even though there are certain items that i need and can only find chinese made, these are always pieces of crap, cheap quality, fall apart in no time, need to be replaced regularly, etc. i hope that with pres trump's continued american made push i will be able to once again begin to buy quality products. if something costs a little more but lasts 5 x as long or more it, in reality, costs less.

Another thing to considered, if we are concerned with life and rights, why did we ,allow or promote acceptance of any products at all. One more difference of the Damecrats way of looking or viewing policies, as to party forming views. The idea that the constitution is a living document, gives the founders no credit for any intelligence at all. This become evident, when they reject exterior documents that, explain reasons for statements and sections in the constitution. Federalist papers the letter to family and friends these, things or paper are not considered or, flatly dismissed. This all come on the heals of the times, that we are in no context generation. Canada does not have "birthright citizenship" and if they did it would have no effect on the fact of his natural born citizenship in the US. Nobody can be president forever. That Trump lied about Cruz' eligibility for the presidency does not change the fact that Cruz was born to parent who was a US citizen and is therefore a natural born citizen in the constitutional sense. There has never been a challenge to the principle that the child of a US citizen inherits citizenship from birth. Anything you have heard to the contrary is a simple blatant unsupported lie.
