I live about twenty miles from Leeming and boy did we know YORKNITE was happening! They are loud, especially as they were still relatively low going overhead. We actually tracked the fly in on ADSB exchange as well, which was fun 😂.

Any idea of what WOLF0011 was doing today? And a host of other RAF aircraft: BAE Hawks, A400M Atlas, Helicopters? I live in Cranleigh, Surrey, and could heard a distinctive roar of fast jets, but could not see anything due to the cloud cover. Looking at Flight Radar, some fast jets flew over the Guildford and Farnborough area. Which explains why I could hear them.

Oiii Oii Military aircraft will go wherever they need to go to train either on their own or with a variety of aircraft. They will train for a variety or scenarios or take part in exercises. This is military, so even if we knew, we couldn’t tell you
