The Hitman For me, the hardest part of grief is turning my pain into motivation to get back up, once again. Mom was my daily motivation. I have quite the story about my life, so maybe my words may not make too much sense to you...but, this grief has taken so much from me...and continues to do so. How do I find motivation when my only motivator has passed on? I’m trying to win this battle right now. It’s hard, so very hard. But, I do find little tools to help me along once in awhile. Like, Teddy Swims music (all music for that matter), little messages like yours, my art and sometimes in God. That last one you would think should be mentioned first, you might say...but grief even tries to strangle God put of you at times. I’m not proud to say, but my Faith has wavered over my Mom’s passing. But, I kept a promise to my Mom to NEVER give up my Faith. So I am working hard on that too. I just hope the good Lord forgives my lack in Faith and understands my anger, for now! Again, Bless you and thank you for your great advice!

No ones gonna read this, but as well share it since it is meaningful to me. Haven't watched Teddy's cover for years, but this one suddently popped up in my song recommendation playlist. I thought, hey, might as well sang together with the dude right. So i did, sang with him and just enjoying the tune. Next thing i know, tears just dropped like a damn waterfall. The song itself doesn't mean that much to me, just a nostalgia piece i grew up with. What makes me teared up was that moment i started singing with Teddy. It reminds me on how much i loved to sing. How i thought that singing was something that i could be proud of. Something that is a part of me for so long , that i cherished since i was a young boy. I stop singing and practicing for about 5 years by now. The passion and joy i get just disappeared for one reason and another. But hearing Teddy's voice bring back all those memories and i sang with the same passion i did years ago. Teddy, Thanks for helping me recover a piece of myself that i lost for so long. I might not hold it for long, but i surely enjoy it while its stil here.
