There was one clue about Reiner that they didn't reveal for some reason. Before he jumped off his horse to attack the Female Titan, he purposefully removed his hood. Probably so that she would know that it's him, and grasp him in her hand so he could write the message. If she didn't know who it was, she might have reacted differently.

When I first watched aot and I saw that scene I was angry because Armin literally told him and Jean to keep their hoods up so that the female titan doesn't kill them(because she wants Eren alive) then the first thing Reiner does is take off the hood I was angry because as at that time I thought he was trying to show off or be brave and something and he will be killed so when the reveal came I was super pissed like did Reiner just "play with my intelligence" like it was nothing 🤣

When Rainer escaped Annie's hand you can see he was steaming. When the tower was falling you can see that Bertoto was trying to bite his hand. Episode 6 is called Warrior like when Annie said she was a failed warrior and Bertoto said that Rainer was sometimes a warrior. When this happened I'm more like what's making them do that and why is he so pressured, I really liked Rainer until the end. I'm sure you'll feel for him too, but right now sure be angry at him haha.

They were heading to the tower coz they received the information when Sasha get back to them with it, and they headed there because Pastor Nick told them that Christa was important and could have some info about the titans in the walls.... You could tell Erwin suspected immediately that the Colossal and the Armored were human shifter when Eren trasformed the first time and sets the 57th expedition to trap or try to trap them , instead he got the female titan. also the 104 cadets were armless and gearless under the surveillance of the survey corps to see if there are titans among them.

I love the contrast between the human titan reveals. Erens is the most surprising because up till that point you don't know humans can be titans, and when he appears in the nape of the friendly titan you're hit with "Oh it all makes sense now" even though it doesn't. Then with Annie's all it is is tense build up. You're really hoping it isn't her but all the evidence leads to her, then there's that unwavering silence that rings in your ears, and once she's held down, it fades a bit knowing she can't hurt herself and transform, but then she engages her ring and you're sucked right back into it. Another Titan in the middle of the city. Yimirs reveal is the most out of the blue and in that moment she jumps off the tower you think she's snapped and she's about to get eaten by titans, but if you've paid attention just a little bit you'd have some suspicious, especially right before the titans attack and Ymir is able to read a can of food with an unknown language. Then as she falls off the tower you're waiting for someone in Manuver Gear to catch her, but instead she cuts her hand, and there's a brief moment where there is no yellow glow so subconsciously you're thinking she's about to die, then it hits you like a gunshot and not only is she a titan, she's the same titan that attacked Reiner when he was a teenager. Then this one. So hopelessly casual, so much show that even the camera doesn't seem to understand what's going on, as it switches back between two of the most important character in the show, revealing they were actually the two Titans that started the Titan offensive, and other side characters talking about this vanishing hole in the wall. All the other characters keep walking going about their business, execpt Mikasa who seems to have a sixth sense for when Eren is in danger, then the wind kicks up and again that deafening silence. You hope theyre joking and just hitting you with some poorly timed dark humor, but once the bandage comes off and you see steam, you know it's real and Mikasa goes on the offensive, hoping to get Eren out of harms way before they can transform. Then there's the classic yellow glow of a titan about to transform

No Spoilers Here. I am the same as well with the whole Reiner betraying my trust thing. But rewatching this show, I picked up a couple of things that were "red flags" (just like the one that fell down the side of the wall 😉). One of the red flags was in Episode 4 of the 2nd Season when Ymir found some canned food inside the tower and showed it to Reiner but Reiner was like "Oh these are canned food" then notices that the language was different and calls out Ymir for being able to read it. I'm like how the hell do you know that that was canned food plus those should not exist in this time period and you knowing what it is even if you tell us that you can't read it is a major red flag.

a lot of reactors become confused at Eren's initial reaction when Reiner drops the bomb on him that he and Berthold are titans. It's plain as day that he is in hard core DENIAL even with that discussion the team had 12 hours prior. The moment the camera zooms on his eyes is the moment he realizes and accepts the truth. He's been betrayed by his friends, and they were directly responsible for the destruction of his home and his mother's death. Jump over to the next stage of grief- Anger.
