That was a MAGICAL performance and an AWESOME video!! AMAZING! I can't believe I missed this and didn't see it sooner! It's awesome how The Tedeschi Trucks Band kind of takes your hand and begins taking you on this musical journey that starts out like this lovely walk... and then that walk becomes this amazing musical experience where you're emersed in Derek's guitar GENIUS and the band's magic... you can swim in that music and it's indescribable. I hope one day my daughter, my husband and I can see them play live.

In 1988 or 1989 my husband Rob worked at Sebring Music before we went to work on Cruiseships and this kid Derek Trucks walked in with his Mother and said to him " I want to be a Guitar player". He must have been around 9 or 10 years old. So Rob gave him a few lessons and the rest is History. So Derek.. can you confirm this?
