A few months ago now, my family and I went on a road trip and came across this place. My brother and I practically begged to go in because we’ve heard stuff about it online and whatever and wanted to see it for ourselves. To say in brief, it was very similar to how everyone described it to be. A nauseating feeling rushed over me and almost kicked me into fight or flight. The same guy (I presume) came out to greet us, and was very friendly with us. We told him we were on a road trip, he gave us some pointers on restaurants and whatnot, just the regular conversation starters you would expect from some people not from around there. But it took a turn when he said something along the lines of “You’re a very tall young man, very handsome, I’d love to adopt you”. And a good thing to note is that my family and I are from Chicago, we reside there. This comment made my parents flip. We left a few minutes after that and left town as soon as we could. LOL.

Omg me and my family went on a trip to South Dakota to see family and we stopped in Mitchell and me and my stepmom Sophia went into the religious thrift shop and he asked to adopt my stepmom. He then tried to get us to stay in then back. It was so weird and when he showed us the Christian marriage stuff I got uncomfortable because I’m bi. And at that exact moment my boyfriend called me and he saw the screen on my phone of me and my boyfriend kissing and asked us to leave. I will never forget that experience.

Fun fact: South Dakota also doesn't **just** have corn, it also is home to the headquarters of multiple credit card companies. The reason why this is is actually pretty straightforward and due to a few factors: -Most states had interest caps on the credit cards at around 10%, which unsurprisingly was losing those companies a good deal of money. -South Dakota, however, had passed a law around that time that made it so that there was no cap on interest. -The Supreme Court ruled that the credit card companies can charge interest based on where their headquarter is. So yeah, due to that ruling dozens of them moved their head honcho housing on over to Sioux Falls, which also made it one of the top cities for business. Also, north Dakota is only good for honey and wheat and maybe missile silos(?) so don't lump South Dakota with them. ~from, a South Dakotan. also don't quote me on any of this i may be completely wrong on it.

I saw your first video and begged my father to take my there when we went to South Dakota. We saw all that Ted saw and also smelled the suffocatingly large scent of insence. But Ted didn't mention the playplace. Inside this land of chaos is a dimly lit hellish labyrinth of jungle gym, surrounded by warning signs that only those ten and under could traverse safely lest the whole contraption fall to decay. I, a thirteen year old at the time with the entertainment capacity of a five year old, braved the labyrinth and recorded it all. I'm shocked that Ted was able to get ANY usable footage out of this because I could barely see as it was. I remember very little about the place except that there was an air hockey, foosball, and other tables of various enjoyable electronic value scattered around. And the slide. There was a giant green slide at the top of the playplace. I and a kindergartener cursed with entry to this torture chamber traversed to it. I got there first with my middle schooler legs and prepared to go down the slide. That's when I saw it. In the middle of the slide, unavoidably large, was a puddle of unidentifiable purple goop. I knew the danger was imminent, so I warned the child to find another exit and left the foul plane. My advice to you - never enter this chamber. my entire family was in the worst, grossest mood after this adventure. DO NOT RISK THE ENTRY.
